Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram uses ultrasound imaging to assess the heart's chambers, valves, and overall pumping function. Our certified sonographers perform the exam in your home or clinic, using the same equipment found in hospital cardiology departments. All studies are interpreted by a board-certified cardiologist, with results delivered within 24-48 hours.
12-Lead EKG
A 12-lead EKG records the heart's electrical signals to help assess rhythm and detect irregularities. The test takes about 15 minutes, requires no preparation, and is interpreted by an in-house board-certified cardiologist.
Extended Heart Monitor (Zio Patch)
Our extended heart monitor uses the Zio Patch, a small, waterproof adhesive monitor worn continuously for up to 14 days, recording every heartbeat. It's applied at home in minutes and requires no wires or bulky equipment. Data is analyzed and interpreted by a board-certified cardiologist at the end of the monitoring period.
24-Hour ABPM
The ABPM device automatically records blood pressure at set intervals over 24 hours during normal daily activity and sleep. This provides a more complete picture than a single in-office reading. Results are reviewed and interpreted by our medical team.
At-Home Sleep Apnea Test
Our home sleep apnea test uses FDA-cleared equipment to record breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and heart rate overnight. The device is delivered to your home, worn while you sleep, and returned the next day. A board-certified pulmonologist reviews the data and provides a full report within 24-48 hours.
Vascular & Abdominal Ultrasound
We offer targeted vascular and abdominal ultrasound screening, including Carotid Ultrasound (with CIMT), AAA Screening, DVT Screening, and Abdominal Ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas, and spleen). Each exam is non-invasive, painless, and typically completed in under an hour. Need more than one? They can be combined into a single visit — just let us know when booking.

Imagine Echo operates primarily on a direct-pay model, which keeps our pricing transparent and avoids third-party billing delays. HSA and FSA funds are accepted for self-pay exams. We're also a Medicare-approved provider for select diagnostic services, including echocardiograms and extended heart monitoring.
